Thaw cooked baby shrimp (wild caught preferable)

Cook pasta according to package directions. (linguini, angel hair, spaghetti - your preference.)

Saute butter and olive oil in pan.

Add capers, lemon juice, Marsala wine, garlic, seasoned salt to taste, add juice and wine as needed to keep enough liquid in pan. ( For more tangy flavor and color add sun-dried tomatoes.)

Add shrimp and blend until heated through.

Top pasta with shrimp sauce, grated Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.

Excellent with green salad dressed in balsamic vinegar/olive oil and toasted garlic bread.
