3 lbs. ground beef
1 cup saltine cracker crumbs
1 cup cold water
Oregano and sage to taste
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1 large can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, crumbs, water, onion, salt, pepper, oregano, and sage
Press into 14x1/2x11 pan (smallest possible)
Refrigerate overnight
Remove meat, slice, coat in flour.
In a skillet, brown both sides.
Place meat in large roaster.
Mix soup and broth together and pour over meat.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 325 for ½ hour. Serves 10-12.
