1 (20 ounce) can Pineapple chunks, drained
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place pineapple in casserole.
Mix sugar, flour and cheese. Sprinkle on top of pineapple.
Mix melted butter with crushed Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes
