6 chicken breast
1 c. flour
3/4 c. romano cheese ( 3/4 - 1 cup )
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
3 eggs ( beaten )
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the egg and the water in a shallow dish. Set aside. Place Romano cheese in a separate dish and set aside. Put the flour in a shallow pan (like a cake pan) and season with salt and pepper. Now cover chicken with waxed paper and pound out chicken breasts to, at most, 1/2 inch thick. Dip the chicken lightly in the flour, then in the egg, and then in the shredded Romano. Place in a frying pan on medium high, with a little bit of oil. Cook until golden brown. Serve over pasta with your favorite tomato sauce
