2 cups sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 cups pumpkin
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
Frosting:
Buttercream Frosting (See recipe)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine all dry cake ingredients. Add pumpkin, eggs, and oil, mixing well. Bake in a greased 9"x13" greased aluminum pan for 35-40 minutes. Cool cake completely.
Frost with Grandma's Buttercream Frosting.
