1 unbaked pie shell
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon corn meal
1 tablespoon flour
1 lemon - juice and grated rind
4 tablespoons milk
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Add eggs to sugar, flour and corn meal and beat.
Add butter, lemon juice & rind and milk.
Beat just until blended and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 300º for an hour or until a knife in center comes out clean.
