1 Large can refried pinto beans
8 oz. Sour Cream
8 oz. Guacamole
1 c. Tomatoes
1/2 c. Green Onions
16 oz. Finely Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
1 small can Chopped black olives
1 small can Sliced black olives
2 medium sized avocados
1 T. Mayonnaise
3 T. chili sauce, Salsa Brava (Hot)
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 T. chopped jalapenos (canned)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Evenly spread all ingredients in a 10 inch round dish at least 1 1/2 inches deep
1st Layer - Refried Pinto Beans
2nd Layer - Sour Cream
3rd Layer - Guacamole (See recipe below)
4th Layer - Tomatoes diced
5th Layer - Green Onions chopped
6th Layer - Cheese shredded
7th Layer - Olives

I find it easier if you toss the tomatoes an green onions together before spreading. A little salt to taste.

Guacamole dip recipe -
Peel and remove seed from avocado, place into mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, chili sauce chopped jalapenos and lemon juice and mix.
