1 qt. water
2 medium onions, minced
16 oz. tomato sauce
5 tbsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cumin
4 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 oz.Baker's chocolate
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 lbs. lean ground beef
4 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Add ground beef to water. Stir until beef is separated into fine texture. Boil for 1/2 hour. Add all other ingredients. simmer uncovered for 3 hours.

spaghetti with chopped onion and shredded cheddar. Soup crackers, as well.
