Ingredients:
1 Cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1/4 cup raisins (OMIT THESE) ;-)
2 tablespoons semi-sweet mini Chocolate Chips
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 cup of honey
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
(1) Combine the oats, chia seeds, flaxseed, raisins (omit), chocolate chips, and salt together
(2) Combine honey and peanut butter, stirring with whisk. Add peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir with a spatula until well combined.
(3) Form 1 inch balls using your hands. Spray your hands with non-stick cook spray if the oat mixture sticks to your hands.
(4) Place balls on baking sheet/freezer safe dish and freeze.

The above recipe makes 14 servings at 2 balls / serving.

I found that I just mix my own portions as I do like more peanut butter. Also found that the honey warmed and chocolate chips melted a bit make it that much better. :-)
