2 pounds ¾" thick round steak
4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, slices(I use frozen onion mix)
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
2 cans water
baby carrots
1 small celery rib, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge meat in flour (I put in plastic bag and shake.) Place onions in bottom of slow cooker. Add carrots and celery. Add meat. Pour soups mixed with water over meat. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or high 3 to 5 hours.
