1 pkg. gingerbread cake mix
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 banana sliced into lemon juice
1/2 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c, chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare gingerbread following package directions. Bake in a 9- inch round pan. Cool, then split to make 2 layers.
Whip cream with vanilla and sugar.
Divide mixture.
Spread half on bottom layer.
Arrange the banana slices round outside edge.
Fill center with half of pineapple.
Top with second layer.
Spread with remaining whipped cream.
Sprinkle nuts around edge.
Filll the center with remaining pineapple.
