2 egg whites, room temperature
2/3 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Beat egg whites until frothy. Add sugar gradually and beat until very stiff. Fold in remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoons on ungreased foil.

Place cookies in oven and immediately turn off oven. Leave in the oven overnight.
