1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 3/4 c. unsalted peanuts dry roasted peanuts
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp margarine or butter
1 tsp baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Generously grease large baking sheet, set aside.
Combine sugar and corn syrup in a microwave safe dish. Cook at high for 4 minutes.
With a wooden spoon stir in peanuts, cook on high for 4 minutes.
Stir in vanilla and margarine cook on high for 2 minutes.
Add baking soda and stir until light and foamy. Pour onto prepared baking sheet. Spread quickly to edges using back of wooden spoon. As candy cools stretch it out. Cool completely before breaking into pieces.
