Batter:
6 eggs
1c milk
Cinnamon & water paste
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Filling:
Cream cheese
Butter
Sugar
Berries

Stale bread (thick slice texas toast or halla bread)

Cornflakes (crushed)
Slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix batter ingredients. Set aside.
Mix filling ingredients in small bowl.
Cut a slit in the bread with a paring knife, careful not to cut all the way through.
Put the filling in a pastry bag or Ziploc with end cut off. Pipe into slit in bread. Dip in batter. Toss in corn flakes and slivered almonds. Brown on the stove.
Finish 5 minutes in the oven to warm the filling.
