2 lb apples, cored and thinly sliced
1/4 cup sugar
2 TBS AP flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS butter, cut into small pieces
Toppings
3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 TBS butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples into the slow cooker. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Toss apples with the mixture; spread apples into an even layer. Dot the top of apples with butter.
Mix oats with brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle, topping over apples. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours or on High for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until apples are soft.
