Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch of broccoli cooked and cooled
2-2 ½ c cheddar cheese
1 c mozzarella cheese
1 T olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Using a sharp knife enter each chicken breast from one end and carefully slice the middle of the breast open without cutting through the sides, creating a pocket within. Create a small opening on one end large enough to be able to stuff the broccoli in.
Mix above ingredients together, except ½ c cheddar cheese.
Stuff the breasts quite full, bulging is great but don’t overstuff and split the breast open.
Place breasts in a baking pan and cover with extra cheese.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
