"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 bunch of broccoli cooked and cooled 2-2 ½ c cheddar cheese 1 c mozzarella cheese 1 T olive oil 2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350. Using a sharp knife enter each chicken breast from one end and carefully slice the middle of the breast open without cutting through the sides, creating a pocket within. Create a small opening on one end large enough to be able to stuff the broccoli in. Mix above ingredients together, except ½ c cheddar cheese. Stuff the breasts quite full, bulging is great but don’t overstuff and split the breast open. Place breasts in a baking pan and cover with extra cheese. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
