Raspberry Pecan Pinwheels Recipe

2T sugar
tsp cinnamon
2 pie crusts
c raspberry jam
pecans, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line a cookie sheet w/wax paper.
Sprinkle 1T sugar and tsp cinnamon. Unroll crust onto sugary mix. Press gently to adhere to crust.
Spread jam over crust.
Sprinkle w/nuts. Tightly roll into a log.
Repeat.
Trim ends then cut 1 thick slices and stand on edge on baking sheet (sugared dough side up and down) 2 apart.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
