1 - 12oz pkg chocolate chips
1 c peanut butter
1 box crispix cereal
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Melt together butter, chocolate and peanut butter. Pour over cereal. Pour 2 c powdered sugar in large ziploc bag. Shake covered cereal in powdered sugar.
