1 ¼ c. all-purpose flour ¼ tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening or lard 3-4 Tbsp. cold water


Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, stir together flour and salt. Cut-in shortening/lard until the pieces are the size of small peas.

Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. of the water over the mixture. Gently toss with a fork. Repeat until all is moistened.

Form into a ball. Roll on lightly floured surface, forming a circle about 12 inches in diameter. Shape in a 9 inch pie pan.
