3 T. Olive Oil
1 T + 1 t. red wine vinegar
2 t. oregano
1 t. garlic powder
t. salt
t. pepper

1 chicken breasts, boiled and large dice
4 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
cucumber, peeled, seeded and medium dice
green pepper, medium dice
c. red onion, small dice
c. radishes, sliced very thin, then cut slices in half
c. parsley, minced
c. black olives, sliced
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
4 whole pita breads (2 halves per person)

1. Boil chicken for 20 minutes or until 165F, then dice.
2. Assemble dressing.
3. Cut vegetables as stated above.
4. Add dressing, chicken, vegetables and feta to a bowl and combine.
5. Divide evenly into 8 pita halves (2 halves per person).
