Dressing:
3 T. Olive Oil
1 T + 1 ½ t. red wine vinegar
2 t. oregano
1 t. garlic powder
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper

Filling:
1 ½ chicken breasts, boiled and large dice
4 oz. grape tomatoes, halved
½ cucumber, peeled, seeded and medium dice
½ green pepper, medium dice
½ c. red onion, small dice
¼ c. radishes, sliced very thin, then cut slices in half
¼ c. parsley, minced
¼ c. black olives, sliced
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
4 whole pita breads (2 halves per person)




Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil chicken for 20 minutes or until 165°F, then dice.
2. Assemble dressing.
3. Cut vegetables as stated above.
4. Add dressing, chicken, vegetables and feta to a bowl and combine.
5. Divide evenly into 8 pita halves (2 halves per person).
