8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup Mango Chutney
3 tbsp Pineapple Rum
1 tsp. tabasco
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all together and serve with carrots, celery, bagel chips & crackers

We first had this dip on Capt Bobby's sailboat in St Thomas out in the ocean! It became a family favorite and so was sailing with Capt Bobby!
