16 oz. sour cream
2 c. mayo
2 tbsp. dried dill (start with 1 tbsp. and increase to taste, flavor will get stronger as it sits)
2 tbsp. dried parsley (equal parts to dill if you decreased that amount)
1 small chopped onion
2 - 2oz pkgs of dried beef chopped
Bagels cut into bite size pieces

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
Chill for at least one hour.
Serve with plain bagels cut into bite size pieces.
