3 slices bread
1 1/2 TBSP butter, softened
3 c diced rhubarb
3 eggs
1 c plus 1 TBSP sugar
1/2 c half & half
1/2 c whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Spread butter over bread. Cut into cubes. Toss bread cubes and diced rhubarb in an ungreased 1 qt casserole. Beat eggs, sugar, half & half and milk together. Pour egg mixture over all. Sprinkle with remaining 1 TBSP of sugar. Bake 45-60 minutes until knife comes out clean.
