Topping:
1 tsp butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c nuts

Cake:
1/2 c butter
1 1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
1 c sour cream
2 c rhubarb
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix topping ingredients and set aside. Cream butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and sour cream. Blend well then add flour, baking soda and salt. Blend. Add rhubarb. Spread in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle topping over top. Bake 35 minutes.
