1 can (29 oz.) apricots, drained and cut fine
1 can (29 oz.) crushed pineapple (drained)
1 c. apricot and pineapple juice
3/4 c. marshmallows
2 pkg. orange jello
2 c. hot water

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
I c. Cool Whip
I egg, slightly beaten
I c. pineapple and apricot juice
3/4 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and chill fruit, reserve the juice (you will also need juice for topping). Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, add 1 cup fruit juice. Chill until slightly congealed, fold in fruit and marshmallows. Put in II x II x 2 inch mold and chill until firm.

Topping:
Combine sugar, flour and blend in beaten egg. Gradually stir in juices. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in margarine. Cool completely. Fold in whipped cream and spread over jello. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
