2 cups zucchini (grated)
3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup dark raisons

ICING:
1 cup powdered sugar
A little milk
11/2 tablespoons melted butter
Fresh lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Grate zucchini and combine it with eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients. Fold in nuts and raisins.
Pour mixture into a large bundt pan which has been well greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Good to freeze. Eat iced or uniced.

ICING:
Mix and drizzle on cake.
