8 or 9 medium squash, sliced
1 beaten egg
1/2 onion, chopped
1 small can evaporated milk
Dash of butter
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. sugar
10 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash and onion, until tender, in enough water to cover. Drain off liquid.
Add butter, sugar, egg, milk, cheese and half of the crackers. Mix.
Put rest of crackers on top.
Bake at 325° until bubbly.
