Crust: 3 TBSP butter
3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c chopped walnuts

Filling:
2 TBSP cornstarch
1/3 c sugar
1 c milk
1 c sour cream
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pint fresh strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter and stir in graham crackers and walnuts. Press evenly into bottom and sides of 8" pie plate. Bake 8 minutes. Cool completely before filling.
In a 1 1/2 qt saucepan, thoroughly mix cornstarch and sugar. Gradually stir in milk, keeping smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Gently whisk in sour cream and vanilla. Spread over cooled crust and chill until set. Serve with strawberries.
