Ingredients:  
Round or beef tip steak, tenderized and floured
Celery cut on the diagonal in large pieces
Beef stock (not beef bouillon)
Ginger Root sliced (buy root that is shiny)

White rice (make 24 hours in advance and refrigerate)

Directions:
Directions:
Fry thin strips of steak.
Add celery and ginger and beef stock
Simmer.
Prior to serving add corn starch to thicken.

Serve over warmed rice with gravy.
