2 lb. sirloin or round steak
6 oz. Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup bacon drippings
2 cups tomatoes, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Trim bone and fat from steak.
With mallet, pound Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour into meat.
Saute onion in bacon drippings. Remove onion.
Sear steak in fat on both sides.
Place steak in casserole dish that has a tight lid, add onions and
tomatoes. Cover casserole.
Bake two hours in 275° oven. This final step could also be done in a crock-pot.
