2 lbs. thinly sliced venison
1 lb. bacon
1 large green pepper- sliced
1 large onion -sliced
1 bottle Chiavettas BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place one slice each peeper and onion in piece of venison. Wrap in strip of bacon and secure with toothpick. Continue until all assembled. Place in 9x13" pan and pour bbq sauce over to marinate for 1 hour. Grill over medium heat until bacon is crisp and venison is cooked.
