1 14oz can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped roasted red peppers
2 Tbsp. Tahini
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, pulse together garbanzo beans, peppers, tahini, cumin and salt. Process on high until combined. With the processor running, add the oil, water, lemon juice and garlic until mixture is smooth.

Place in a bowl and drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with fresh cilantro

Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or chips
