2 lb bulk sausage, browned and drained
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/2 cup silvered almonds, toasted
2 (0.4 oz) envelope instant chicken noodle soup mix
8 oz water chestnuts, drained and chopped
2 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except water in a bowl. Spread into a 13x9x2 greased-baking dish; pour water over top. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
