1/3 large tapioca pearls
2 1/4 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soak tapioca pearls in hot water for 2 hours and drain. Mix remaining ingredients except vanilla in crock pot and add soaked tapioca. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 hours. Add vanilla and serve warm.
