1 cup uncooked rice
1/4 cup butter
3 cups water
1 package Dried Onion Soup Mix
1 can sliced mushrooms
Dash of Thyme
Salt to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter; add rice, stir constantly until lightly browned. Place rice in a 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. Add remaining ingredients. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º
