2 eggs, beaten
4 tablespoons bacon drippings
4 cups cooked unsalted
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in skillet until crisp. Drain. Cook eggs in 1 tablespoon bacon drippings in skillet until firm. Remove eggs. Add rice to 3 tablespoons bacon drippings in skillet. Cook for 2 minutes, tossing with a fork until mixed. Add soy sauce, bacon and eggs. Mix well, Heat to serving temperature
