3 whole boneless chicken breasts
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli (or one large bunch fresh)
1 (10 ¾ ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Velveeta
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 or 2 teaspoons curry powder (suit your taste)
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until tender in salted water. Cut into bite sized pieces.
Cook broccoli and drain. Arrange in a lightly greased casserole. Top with cooked chicken.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder. Stir well and pour over chicken and broccoli.
Combine butter and bread crumbs; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

This is Jim's absolute favorite. Since he likes curry, I put in at least two teaspoons. I got this recipe from the 1980 Southern Living Annual Cookbook and have been making it for all 36 years of our marriage.
