Crustless Crab Quiche Recipe

2 tbsp butter
1 c sliced mushrooms
1 small onion, diced
4 eggs
1 c 2% cottage cheese
1 c sour cream
4 tbsp flour
1 c cheese, grated
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
6 oz crabmeat

Saute mushrooms and onion. In blender, blend eggs, cottage cheese, sour cream, flour and salt.

In bowl, combine mushroom mixture, with egg mixture and fold in cheeses and crabmeat.

Pour into a buttered quiche dish or pie plate. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 45 minutes.

Let sit for about 10 minutes before serving.
