1 medium fresh pineapple or large can of cubed drained
3 medium apples, red yellow and green
1 pint strawberries, halved
4 cups seedless grapes, red and green cut in half
3 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Can use any fruit such as bananas, blue Betty's and cantaloupe
DRESSING
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 (8 ounce) carton cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fruit. Mix together in large serving bowl.
For topping; in a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and lemon juice, mix well. Fold in cool whip.
I usually double the topping
To serve: put fruit in bowls and top with the whopped topping.
