2-4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
8 oz Sour Cream
2 Cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 Stick of Margarine
1 Roll Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken 25 to 30 mins
Mix sour cream, cream of chicken, and poppy seeds
Chop chicken into small cubes
Stir in chicken with sour cream and soup mixture
Spread mixture in a 8x8 baking dish
Melt margarine
Crumble crackers and mix with margarine
Sprinkle over top of dish
Bake at 350 for 30 mins
