1 pkg. Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice - Cook rice until almost done, using direction on the box.
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 cup margarine
1 small onion, diced
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 to 1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the sausage and pour off excess grease.
Add margarine, soup, almonds, onion, and water chestnuts.
Add more milk if the mixture is not moist enough.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
