8 large unpeeled baking potatoes
1/2 cup oil
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 /2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut each potato into eight wedges. Arrange, peel-side down, in shallow baking pan.
Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
Bake in preheated 375-degree oven 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
Baste occasionally.
