Personal Notes:
Gracie Lee is Stephanie and Jamison's dog who has spent summers and holidays with Beverly while they were in Shanghai. Gracie enjoyed the garden, picking vegetables and supervising in the kitchen. She is a party dog and especially enjoyed herself when she found an unattended plate with this salad. Everyone, including Gracie decided it was delicious. Cold salad on a hot day is great.
