1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless skirt or flank beef steak, cut in strips
1 green bell pepper, cut in strips
1 onion sliced
1 12 oz. bottle chili sauce
1/4 tsp. each of salt and pepper
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp. Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add peppers & onion, cook stirring often until starting to brown 5 minutes. Transfer to plate. Add beef to skillet--cook 5 minutes. Stir in chili sauce, water & Worcestershire. Add peppers & onions--simmer 5 minutes. Add salt & pepper to taste.
