1 cup ketchup
4 tbl brown sugar
1 tsp ground mustard
2 beaten eggs
1 tbl Worcestershire sauce
1 pack Ritz crackers
3 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 lbs ground
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard
Remove 1/2 cup for topping, set aside.
Add eggs, worcestershire sauce, Ritz crackers and seasonings to the remaining ketchup mixture, mix well
Let stand for 5 minutes
Add beef and mix well
Press meat mixture into muffin cups (1/3 cup each)
Preheat oven to 375
Bake for 20 minutes.
Drizzle reserve ketchup mixture over mini loafs
Bake another 10 to 15 minutes, until no longer pink (160 on meat thermometer)
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Remove from muffin tin.

Cool completely and place in freezer bags if you want to freeze.
