1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks (reserve the whites)
1/2 c. Key lime juice


Baked pie shell
6TBS. sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the first three ingredients.
Beat 1 egg white stiff. Fold into above mixture.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat 3 egg whites and gradually add 6 TBS. sugar and 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar.
Spread over filling forming peaks and bake until egg whites are golden brown at 350F.
