2 eggs
2 Tbsp oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
Pinch salt
2-1/4 c. crushed pineapple with approximately 1/2 of juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, room temperature
1-3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts, opt.

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, oil and sugar together; add flour, soda, and salt, alternate with pineapple, vanilla and nuts. Bake at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes. For icing beat cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. After icing, sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
