1 lb. Lasagna
3/4 lb. ground beef
3/4 lb. ground pork
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon finely cut parsley
2 cups water
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
1 lb.cottage cheese (large curd) or Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Cook the Lasagna according to the directions on the side panel. Meanwhile, cook the Ground Beef and Pork in a large, heavy saucepan until the color just changes.
Add the Onion, Garlic, Parsley, Water, Tomato Paste, Pepper and Salt. Bring to a boil. Then, turn the heat low and let simmer gently for 30 minutes.
In a greased 151/2 x101/2 x21/2" baking pan arrange first a layer of drained Lasagna and then the alternating layers of mozzarella and cottage cheese. End with a layer of Mozzarella Cheese.
Over this sprinkle the grated Parmesan Cheese. Bake in a 350°F (moderate) oven for about 20 to 25 minutes or until the Mozzarella is just melted.
