#1 Makes 3 single 9" crusts

2 1/4 c. flour
1 t. salt (Use less for heart health)
3/4 c. Crisco vegetable shortening (Use part unsalted butter if rich crust is desired.)
5 or 6 T. cold water (Enough to hold dough softly together.)

#2 Makes 1 single 9" crust (May be easily doubled or tripled to make multiple crusts.)

1 c. flour
1/4 t. salt (Use less for heart health)
1/3 c. Crisco vegetable shortening
3 to 5 T. of cold water (Enough to hold dough softly together.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour and salt. With pastry blender, 2 knives, or food processor cut Crisco into flour mixture until pea size texture. Stirring with a fork, add cold water a few Tbs. at a time until a soft dough is formed. Use immediately or wrap well and chill or freeze for future use.
